After an 18 hour work day yesterday, I didnt manage to keep my under 500 calorie fast. With my intake being just over the 600 mark, is it wise to have another fast day today? With me being online so little, its always great the advice I need here, so some suggestions would be great.
I am also doing a crossfit session tonight, so will fasting be more detrimental than beneficial today?

Just over 600 calories is still counted as a Fast Day by most people :) Dont stress about covering up for it, just continue and make the following week a better one than this week.
