Today I'm going to start Insanity. I'm really excited about getting stronger and back into shape. I know I'm not as fit as I used to be but that's not going to stop me. I plan on easing into the program. I'm going to follow the meal plan but I'm only going to do the videos 3 day a week for the first week. I plan on adding an extra day each week, then at the begin of November I'm going to follow the Insanity calendar. I see nt PT once a week so, by then I'll be working out everyday like I used to before I gained all this weight. Then after that I should be ready for the second month.
