I've been doing a lot of working out lately, and trying to gain a little muscle back. I've gone through a lot of stress this year (dealing with a leaky roof for 3months, husband losing job, husband getting a new job-then a different new job, ect), but my goal since things calmed down was to gain around 5lbs of muscle that I lost, and I'd say I'm well on my way! I feel like me again!
