At the gym 3 days in a row. Tracking food intake again but not 100%. Since I make most food from scratch its so time consuming to add 1/4 a cup of all the veggies I eat. I have tried to get a trainer at my gym to give me the extra kick in the ass but so far no one has gotten back to me. It's been a week. Their department sucks at this. If it wasn't so convenient I would switch to a gym that wanted to take my money. 80% results come from food so I will just keep making healthy meals and do what I can until I find a trainer I like....or that will call me. lol
