Well I met my goal of tracking for 4 straight days, including the weekend, YAY! Of course, I can tell by the calories that I eat TOO MUCH over the weekend; need to work on that. And, although I set a reward for the 4-day tracking of seeing a movie, I am much too broke after shopping, DUH! I never seem to budget enough money for the grocery store - there's only 2 of us, so WHY do I spend so much???
