I had a day of indulgence yesterday, (but I had a few hours of hard DIY labour to offset some of the calories) after a week of restricting my calorie intake and a fast day in-between. Today's fast day has been going really well but it is tough to stick one meal for this evening, its all I am looking forward to. I have found that keeping keeping my carbs under 50g for 4 out of 7 days in the week have really made a difference. I have also tried to work out harder on the days that I "cheat". Yesterday I found my weigh less file from 2013 and the weight recorded was a whopping 73.2kgs, that inspires me to keep up to a healthy lifestyle and never falling back to old habits.
