I had a day of indulgence yesterday, (but I had a few hours of hard DIY labour to offset some of the calories) after a week of restricting my calorie intake and a fast day in-between. Today's fast day has been going really well but it is tough to stick one meal for this evening, its all I am looking forward to.
I have found that keeping keeping my carbs under 50g for 4 out of 7 days in the week have really made a difference. I have also tried to work out harder on the days that I "cheat".
Yesterday I found my weigh less file from 2013 and the weight recorded was a whopping 73.2kgs, that inspires me to keep up to a healthy lifestyle and never falling back to old habits.

Its so good that you are experimenting to customize your journey as you go along. Those low carb days during the week really work well and allows the weekend to be enjoyable. Keep it up.
