I'm still finding my way on trying to balance the 50-25-25 ratio. I'm on track with the exercises JoHan laid out for me. I didn't bring my lunch today, so am wondering how to get the balanced meal I need, to stay on target.
Justin didn't get home until after 9 p.m. last night, so I waited to eat dinner with him. We both agreed that this is not going to work for me. I actually wasn't hungry until about 8:30 p.m. but know that I need to eat every few hours, so will eat dinner by 7:00 p.m. from now on.
I bought some teriyaki beef jerky yesterday. According to the food charts it's a good source of protein without many calories. I'll try that for a snack for the time being until I can figure out more choices that stay within the plan that JoHan has put in place for me.
