went shopping today. it is black friday here and the sales were good. i walk and shop so much today that i got sick. and i mean sick. i almost pass out in the parking lot in marion. trying to cut out some of my carbs because of my diabeties. my sugar hit bottom.
now that was scary....but i got in my walking
