About half an hour (as I type this)until my next weigh in at the clinic, I "feel" lighter, but then again I had to go home for a couple of hours because of a migraine that had me feeling like an ice pick was driven into my Rt tear duct and not knowing if I was going to vomit, faint or both...And the Aloe Vera pull they recommended had a "laxative effect" (like at 3am monday morning)that's left me feeling 'odd' ever since...So hopefully I've made up for last weeks mega-gain.
