First day back on south beach, restarting it. Had a yogurt for breakfast, so that threw me off on my first day, but I still think thats better than having toast or a muffin any day! plus I didnt want it to go to waste in the work refridgerator. Rest of the day is going good. I'm going grocery shopping after work to pick up some more things to keep me on my game :)
