220.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you everyone for support. I know that this gain is probably just part of the process because if anything, I think I ate a little less this week. So, for that reason . . . I will stick with it. In the long run . . . it will come off.
