I don't know why I'm not losing. I'm eating less than 1400kcal I'm exercising near enough every morning but I gain a pound..... so disappointed

Your logging looks a little erratic, try focusing on logging your food, by weight, every single day

Logging your food, accurately, is a must, on a calorie restricted diet. Use accurate kitchen scales.

Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat....I started doing weights 2 years ago & have put on weight as such because of it but all my clothes fit me better....keep at it :)
