Sweets at night
I also do this - I'll do a fitness class then have dinner & then literally cannot stop eating chocolate / sweets. I've set myself a challenge next week to cut out all added sugars in my diet, so will be stocking up on fruit & other things to help. I have quit smoking so it seems sweets have taken their place! x
