I am right on track again, after a horrible week. Last week my weight went up. This week I weigh the same, that means I haven't gain weight this week, even though it was very difficult. Thursday my vacation of 1 and a half week starts. I will cook in advance and freeze the food. That will help me be in control of what I am eating.
