.4 lbs away from being at 150!!! Praise God!
Though part of me is like holy cow, I've lost 13 lbs but still am not under 150 lbs. However, I was thinking this morning, this is going to be the last time I'm on this weight loss journey. No failing out now, no going back to my old ways, none of it. I'm sticking with it this time.
On April 1, it will be 4 months of healthier eating and exercising. This is usually around the time where my commitment starts to falter. I won't let it this time!
This week, I ran 4 times (even managed to get myself to run Saturday!) and played volleyball 3 times. This week, I'll be lucky if I can play twice, but I am going to try to run 5 times this week to make up for it.
I'm a little bummed, because the weather man reported rain Saturday. So we spent the day cleaning and being bums. IT NEVER RAINED. Then, here comes Sunday with this nasty misty rain in the air and cold freaking weather. Cold enough to not want to go out in, so we were bums this weekend. We did get out Friday night, which was nice. Got some new coffee, some kind bars and some wonderful smelling candles. :D
My goal for April 1 is 149 lbs, and with a little less than 2 weeks to go, I think I got this. I'm excited I was able to catch up this month. I'm hoping to get a little ahead in anticipation for our vacation in May!
