Well, my sugars will be on the high side today but! It's from a big bowl of strawberries I plan to have this afternoon mixed up with some cool whip. Yummmmmm.

Strawberries are an excellent splurge. Lots of fiber (is that the straw part?) and tasty as anything. Enjoy. Report back. :)

@HCB Thank you! My start weight was actually 296 (we changed the battery in the home scale a couple days after I entered 290 so I'm at 44lbs gone if my math is right :) @Thanks Suzy, you too!! @Northern Thanks! I love strawberries, they're super tasty!
