Wow, can't believe I'm almost back below 200!! Getting so close and very excited! It's been over two years since I was this low and I can already feel a difference! The change on the scale definitely helps motivate me to keep doing what I'm doing! My water intake is up and my exercise is up. My cravings are slowly diminishing, and I'm feeling full sooner. Learning to listen to my body and not empty my plate just because it's there is a wonderful feeling!! Just so happy and inspired today. :)
