So, yesterday went pretty smoothly for my first day of keeping track of everything I ate, and although I had to watch myself a little bit; things went okay and I managed to stay under my RDI - although it took a lot of focus. Today, however, was much harder. I went 7% over my RDI and I was trying hard and I felt like I was starving all day. How can you feel like you're starving and still be over? It's a cruel world! ;) I'm sure I'll get used to it - I've obviously just been eating much more than my RDI for some time and have gotten used to it. On a good note, having to record everything I eat is definitely making me reconsider a lot of "small bites" I might normally take during the day. It also has opened my eyes to how many calories are in the foods that I eat! Those 1900 calories go by so crazy fast! Well, here's to doing better tomorrow!
