I actually slept really well last night...no aches and NO cramps. I am going to get a few juice recipes that are rich in potassium and magnesium. If that fails, then I will add supplements. Now that I think back to day 2 and 3, my cramps happened a few hours AFTER exercising. I need to really be on my toes with hydration, electrolytes, and etc.
Over all, I am pleased...so far. I had prepared mentally for day 3 to be a lot worse than it was. I know in my past juice fast, I was miserable which is why I only did short fasts. Truthfully, I think the difference for me this time is I didn't give up my coffee...shhhh. I know. BAD. I only have one cup, black and no sugar. If I feel the need to give it up, I will do it later. Heck, I still have 26 days on this fast to make that decision.
