Induction Day 17
Last day of less than 20 nc. Pretty happy about that, although I'm not sure why. It's really hard to eat that much in carbs when you are just eating veggies! I am happy to eat some nuts, berries and almond butter though.
Back up 1.6 from yesterday. That's ok, it still puts me at a 2 pound loss since Saturday's weigh in. I can live with 2 pounds a week, obviously more would be better! I think it's probably a little unreasonable to expect big numbers. I lost 4 pounds the first week, 3.4 the second. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
Last night's dinner was so incredibly yummy! Center cut bone in pork chops with mashed cauliflower. Tonight's should be stellar as well. Broiled salmon with broccoli, zucchini and mushroom stir fry.
