I completely did not follow the diet last week. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and I seriously gorged. I felt sick at times. I have no clue what was going through my mind, but I was embarassed of myself. I am nnot at all surprised that I gained weight. Honestly I expected to gain more - whole box of swiss rolls, 11 pieces of fried chicken, halloween candy galore, chips, wendy's triple, eh. But silver lining, I got it all out of my system, so I am good to start back over today.(although I did skip breakfast - a big no, no. - wasn't on purpose just got super busy with work). Here's to a new, fresh restart.
