Hi guys, no word yet on Casper, the river level is dropping though, so they should be able to return to their homes in a few days. Saw some pictures of some of the flooded area, there is high ground, so hopefully Casper did not try to follow the boat too far and found him a dry place to rest. I'll keep you posted.

Back to talking about food.....I went ahead and tweaked my WOE, I took my RDI up to 1466, mainly because with two days of IF, 1100 a day would leave my daily average below 800 calories per day. So, since I'm not much of a lunch packer or eater I have purchased some raw almonds and the ingredients for a kale smoothie and I will swap them out for a week. During that week I will poke around and look for LCHF extreme portable lunch ideas. I added the cream back into my coffees. We will keep this up for a few weeks and see how it goes.
