I've been terrible. Terrible at everything, from logging into this site, to keeping track of my food to working out. I have many excuses, but none that could really justify me except the whole week and a half that my daughter got sick with the swine flu.

Horrible experience with my daughter being sick, but I'll save that for a later time.

I weighed myself today and surprisingly I lost a few ounces considering how bad I have been. If all goes as planned I will try and sneak a run today, if not I will for sure do it tomorrow.

My half marathon is coming up and I am not at the place I needed to be, but am still considering running it. Although I'm sure I'll be terribly slow, I'm determined to keep my word and run it.

Don't be hard on yourself! No one can be perfect all the time, and you've lost a lot of weight in a short time. Focus on that and the fact that you're actually at a healthy weight right now. I would be in HEAVEN if I could get within 20 pounds of your current weight! You're active, you run! You're just busy! But you have even lost weight! Tracking is not the most important thing, or logging on here. What's important is what goes into your mouth. Continue with your good work and be proud!
