Well. Here we are again. I've been at this for so many years. Up and down and up again. It is discouraging to see that I keep making the same mistakes. That I keep having to write the same posts. But what else can I do except start again? Try something a little different and see if that sticks time. Keep trying to make the psychological changes that will make this into a lifestyle instead of a diet.

So... I'll start again. start tracking and holding myself accountable once more.

I feel your pain. Truly. Today, makes day 5 for me. I WILL DO THIS. You can do it as well. I have faith in you... one step at a time.
