Only down .2, but hey, it's down! And that was after my "binge" last night of an ice cream sandwich, nuts and chicken ... Funny that that qualifies as a binge these days, but I know if I didn't eat all that I'd be down more :( bleh ... Oh well, wishing for more will power today. Off to run in the muggy mess outside
134.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
