I feel like the prodigal son (daughter)! Time to reconcile and confess. My scale broke so I really don't know my current weight. I feel heavier, though. SO...it's back to the drawing board. I've dwelled in the land of riotous living. Whole foods and sweet peaches here. BUT oreos and homemade chocolate cakes abound with rivers of brown gravy. So much on my mind, somehow keeps too much on my plate. Starting again...slowly. A walk today.

Welcome back, we all have to walk before we can run. It's a great day for a fresh start!

You made me giggle JMB! Literally, I'm walking! A run theses days could be seriously hazardous to my health (lol)!

Hang in there LuC2. The only time you fail is when you quit trying. At least that's what I'm telling myself. I've got a lot on my mind right now, too, and have gained a few pounds. Frustrating, to say the least, but I will not quit trying. If I did, I would have to admit to defeat, and I will not. This is just a set-back. We can both do it!! Good luck!
