Took Roscoe for a walk/run after dinner.I have tons of energy since I have been on this diet and man does it feel great! Not to mention the results. I was very pleased today at work because a few nurses really notice my weightloss and told me keep doing what I'm doing. Wish my grandma could see me now, but I know she would be proud of me. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her!! So, grandma this is for you (and me of corse) I know you would want me to live a long happy life :)
