Eh! Getting back on track after an off plan wknd. Back down to last weeks weight. Ready to move on down out of the 30's. Hopefully by next Monday I can get things moving again. We fall down, but we get up!
335.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
