I am into one of my weight loss phases. I'm focusing on the diet through this to get the greatest benefits. I've learned that this is how my body works. When I'm out of this phase, I relax. No matter how much I diet in the 'off phase' stages - I don't lose weight.
If I cheat through the 'weight loss phase' then I slow the progress. If I diet well for the next 10 days I can possibly lose 10lb. I started the phase at 152. I'm going to stay faithful and try to breach the 140 mark. I haven't seen this number in years. I am already planning my celebration.
