Haven't followed any diet. Somehow lose willpower to not eat junk midway through the day. Hope to be stronger on this. Trying to keep things simple for now. Starting with reducing portions in each meal and trying to substitute chips and other junk snacks with fruits. Also targeting to run/jog/walk (whichever I can manage) for at least 5 kms daily. Overall trying to follow the rule, daily calories intake < daily calories expended.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
