So pretty disappointed. I have been keeping well under my calorie limit and working out and just can't seem to budge past 2 lbs. however my husband is just dropping 2lbs almost every day or every other. I jut don't get it. I'm taking in less calories than him and pushing myself and my body just isn't letting go of the fat!!!! I'm so discouraged right now I seriously though I would have at least lost 3-5 lbs by now. Hopefully this week will be the true start.

Where did you get your calorie limit? If it was from this site, the number is probably way too high. Check some other websites to get a better number. You probably want a number around 1200-1500 calories per day for a woman who wants to lose weight. Many of us do better with lower numbers than that. It depends on your age, health, activity, and diet.

Don't give up Kendra!! I have been at it for more than two weeks (almost 3) and I have only lost 4 pounds total. I don't much like moving when I first get up... I need like an hour before I am truly awake and moving, I am guessing my body is the same way. I am hoping that after a month on the new regime that the weight will begin to come off at a quicker rate. I too have cut my calories and uped my exercise, I think my body is in deep denial! Don't quick just keep slogging away... IT will happen, It will.

I was recording my food and exercise before Christmas and only went down 2 lbs in 2 months. It does get frustrating but keep going and it will work!!!

Weight loss is extremely unfair. A terrible day and you lose by surprise, and good days with no loss are normal, but difficult psychologically. I suppose its water related, but it's still difficult.

Everyone hits plateaus. Make sure you are not UNDEREATING as that will heavily damper your progress. Been there, done that. Our bodies retain weight when they think we are starving ourselves, so make sure you are eating enough.

It looks like you are not getting enough calories, especially with exercising. A friend of mine had the same problem. She upped her calories and toned down her workouts and her metabolism bumped up.

I'm allotted 2000 calories but I cut it to 1500. Usually I take in about 700-800 ish a day. Iv upt my water intake so I'm hoping that will help also. I think I'm only going to weigh in once a week as well so that I don't get frustrated with my
