Went to VBL nutrition class-they said I had to journal--so here I go! WOrked out last night for the 3rd time--not as sore except for my knees. I feel like an old man, but at 56 I'm not that far away. Took some ibubofren early AM and my knees to feel better. Going to Unoversal Studios with Janice's boss, I hope I can maintain healthy eating habits.
