After battling with yo-yo dieting, I really want to keep the weight off this time! I have a 10 month old baby at home and got back to pre-pregnancy weight very quickly. Problem is ... I wasn't quite happy with that weight! Haha. I had recently gotten within 9 pounds of my goal, but went on a 3 week vacation where even though I was working out/running I managed to gain 6 pounds!!!! Waay to much eating junk and drinking. So, my husband and I are trying to loose our last pounds by thanksgiving. The last time, abs diet worked really well, it's just a lot of planning. But i really like the food and options, so here we go! Wish me luck!
