Changed the battery in the scale and weighed in at 184.5 lb. Went to the doctor for a check-up to day and weighed in at 189.4 lbs with shoes and clothes on, and cell phone in pocket. Dr. warned me that when I get to a weight loss of 10% of my original weight to expect a leveling off. Good to know so I can anticipate going into a maintenance plan then and not get discouraged. Also recommended I drink 64 oz. a day of water; 1.89 liters.
