1640 kcal Fat: 118.16g | Prot: 115.74g | Carb: 27.11g.   Breakfast: fresh sausage, Egg. Lunch: blueberries, almond butter. Dinner: asparagus, CHEDDAR, SHARP, heavy whipping cream, real mayonnaise, smoked turkey wing, extra virgin olive oil, hearts of palm. Snacks/Other: tomato, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). more...

on sept 18th i did NOT follow this way of eating "poorly" I just forgot to mark 100%. I do not cheat, I follow this way of eating exactly! and I love every minute of it! It definately doesn't feel like a "diet", because I'm never deprived, never hungry, and don't feel jealous of what others around me are eating. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Down 43.5 lbs since 4/1/11 and I'm NEVER going back!
