Officially on the clean diet. After a week of eating (almost) entirely raw, someone recommended the book "Clean by Alejandro Junger, MD. The recipes look pretty good and I had a shake with Kale leaves and apples this morning. Deviated a bit at lunch, but its so hard to follow a diet while working in a restaurant environment.
