I am happy that my weight keeps going down. For some reason though I am not motivated at all to keep going. I have made great strides in my eating habits and exercise too but I am tired. All I want to do is curl up and take a nap. Anyone else have days like this?

It is tough not being able to eat the foods you want to eat and feeling tired since you aren't eating as much sugar or calories. Usually, eating a yummy healthy snack helps me. Plus, a little whiped cream on some fruit makes a great substitute for dessert

I feel that way at times, regardless of how good my diet is at the time. I have figured it out to not being hydrated enough. I usually feel better after drinking water or herbal tea.

Irrespective of what I eat, I have days like that. However, the fact that you are exceptionally tired quite a bit has me wondering if your nutrition is off. Good, unprocessed foods should make you feel better, not worse. You may need to increase your calories. If you stick to protein rich, unprocessed foods, the additional calories will not have a huge impact. It is the carbohydrates that are the problem. You either burn them or you store them....

Yes, last Sunday was a day like that for me-- I had to force myself to do housework ..! But those days are offset by the good days- and the high you feel when the scale moves down...you can achieve your goals!

Thanks for the advice, I was wondering about my nutrition a bit too. I am doing some more research and trial and error to see if it helps. I am drinking a big glass of water now too hopefully between those things I will get out of my little funk. By the way isn't it great to be able to bounce ideas off of everyone? It really always helps

Thankfully when I feel like that I am able to curl up and sleep it off.
