Today and tomorrow are in Tampa for work so we'll see what happens weight-wise. I'll be happy maintaining since the food and movement are largely out of my control until tomorrow night.
Hoping the work thing (2 full days in the office!) will work well. So many personalities and "stuff" going on there.
Thinking of my friends in the deep cold. The sun is coming...stay warm.
