For Breakfast I had 2 honey oat granola bars and a cup of coffee 190kcal, Lunch 1 slice wheat toast, 1T peanut butter,1T apple butter and 8oz. glass of Hawaiian Punch - Total 246kcal, Dinner 4oz. baked lemon pepper Tilapia fillet, 1C. tuna casserole, 24 potato chips 1C. Romaine lettuce 2T. crotons 2T fat free Italian dressing and 6oz, Hawaiian Punch 685kcal snacks string cheese 50kcal 8 club crackers 140kcal Total calories today 1171. I need help putting this in my food journal; can you explain how to enter it there?
