Goal for the week: lose the 3 pounds I gained eating out on my Birthday. If it can go on in one day, it can come off in one week, right? I just need to drink my water, eat the right balance of healthy proteins and fats and leafy greens, get my walking in, and I'll see the results.
I know I can do this, and I've done it before, 10 times over already. Compared to the 30 I've already lost, this 3 is nothing. Once more into the breach!
