UGHH! Today was tough. I had a party to go to and there was soooo much food there. I went a little overboard. It was the nibbling on the snacks and the margarita's (damn those margarita's)
At any rate, as bad as the numbers look, I have to say that what I would normally eat and drink at a party like that would have been much worse. At least this time, it was conscious eating. I probably should have cut back during the day to make up for it or exercised. I'm not going to beat myself up, I did better than I normally would have. I'll get back on my horse tomorrow.
