Yesterday I started Turbo Jam. Feeling pretty proud of myself thinking I got through the 20 Minute workout, but today I realized I only got through the Learn & Burn. I can't believe I can be this sore from the Learn & Burn, I'm not sure I can do it again today, which is what I'm suppose to do. Wow, I'm more out of shape than I thought.
