My calorie intake is higher now. In the beginning I taught myself to eat less and in portions, now its harder to eat more then my oringal portion. Eating good and working out my weigh stays the same until I get alot of carbs. So now my diet is going to be high protien and high carbs, fyi fast burning and slow burning carbs. My goal is 110 but when I do reach it and still looking chunky I am going to set a new goal, maybe 106. =)
