I am very proud of myself today. I really wanted some Yagoot (new icecream place at my job) and it got to the point where I was about to give in, but I said no. Instead I caught the elevator down to the 2nd floor and then took the stairs back up to my desk... on the 16th floor!! I had to stop three times and my legs were killing me but by time I got back to my desk, I was more focused on oxygen than icecream. lol. Plus I knew we were supposed to have fried chicken tonight, so I planned all my meals accordingly and did not go over my allocated points!! I am very, very proud of myself :)
