Weighed myself this morning two days in and see a 4lb loss. I know this is mostly water weight but I'm happy to still be sticking to watching what I eat and working out after work. Yesterday I did a workout on the treadmill that really pushed me. I think today I'm going to do the same and mix in some kettle bell workouts.
