Well today and all last night, we have rain. We Had 2 days of knock down dead beautiful warm sunny days in the high 80's, so now it is going to get nasty. rain wet and cold in the 30's now and past the week end. so the treadmill and elliptical will be my friends for a few days. Well hope all have a good day. Count your blessings even the showers of blessings.
