According to my home scale, I'm back in my target range, more or less (note to self: remember, the goal is to stay within 150 by about two or three pounds, let's say 150 plus or minus three at the most).

The last few weeks (perhaps months) I haven't bee keeping as close a track on my food journal, so there are holes and inaccurate data on my diet calendar. I'm going to turn this around again.
