Happy Thursday to everyone. So, I forgot to take my measurements last night, so I will today after work. SMH. I was tired and started to doze early last night. Oh well, today I will get it done. On another note, made it to the gym today for a bonus day. I think I may have to start going to PF at least 4 days a week and hit the 30 minute work out zone on that extra day. I've done it twice now, and both times I come out feeling great. The stepping and the machines make for a good combination. I like it. Plus it will give me some extra days to work on the total body when I am not concentrating on a certain section.
I can't wait for the weekend. I actually get a weekend. I got the news that my second job will be shut down this weekend, so they don't need coverage. What a great feeling. I have been non stop every day for two months now. It will feel good to get a break, and seeing that we are having a Superbowl party this weekend, I will be able to enjoy seeing my friends that I haven't seen in a while.
