UGH! The back wasn't getting better so I went to the doctor. Severe muscle sprain. The good news is with heat and 24 our of rest it will start to feel better. The bad news is no boot camp for me tomorrow. I'll be extra careful about eating this week. I need to see a loss on Friday.
