I've been working really hard to keep with the mini challenge of drinking 64 oz of water a day. I'm also trying to get in a 30 minute walk each evening (my dog really appreciates it). I haven't seen any movement on the scale yet. Started my own challenge of "No meat Thursdays" for the month of September.
